lousy customer service.

Fucking customer service person frm Jetstar. Called a total of 3 times jus to change a name.@ first she told me I've to pay $280 then $480 the next day when I called again. Then I tell her ok I'll like 2 make the changes.
She say ok, thank you for calling and hang my call. WTF. then I call again. Luckily it's a diff person tis time. She helped me to make the changes for the name n it only cost $100. Luckily I did nt waste $480.
